Refund Policy for the DreamSeed Project

This Refund Policy is effective as of January 4, 2026

1. General Provisions

DreamSeed (https://dreamseed.online/) constitutes a non-commercial experimental project providing virtual bonsai trees as digital objects. The payment of $1.99 facilitates the activation of a virtual tree within the user's personal account and supports the development of this sociological research initiative.

2. Refund Conditions

Refunds are granted solely in the event of technical failure when:

The virtual tree is not activated in the personal account (tree activation is defined as the presence of the selected bonsai tree image in the personal account) within 24 hours following payment

Access to the dream journal functionality is not provided

Refunds shall not be granted in the following circumstances:

Following successful activation of the virtual tree in the personal account (activation is confirmed by the presence of the selected bonsai tree image in the personal account)

If the user has already obtained access to any project functionalities

Upon change of personal decision following successful tree activation

3. Refund Request Procedure

To initiate a refund request, the following steps must be completed:

Submit a written request to: refunds@dreamseed.online

Include the following information in your request:

Full legal name as registered during payment

Email address associated with the PayPal account

PayPal transaction reference number

Detailed description of the technical failure encountered

Refund requests are exclusively processed for authorized users whose identification information precisely matches the payment details registered with PayPal.

4. Processing Timeline

All verified refund requests are processed within 5 (five) business days from the date of receipt of a complete and validated request. Business days are calculated according to Georgia Standard Time (UTC+4), excluding official public holidays recognized by the Government of Georgia.

5. Refund Execution

Approved refunds are executed under the following conditions:

In the identical currency (USD) as the original transaction

Via the identical payment method (PayPal) used for the initial transaction

To the identical financial account from which the original payment was remitted
